Q: What are your delivery costs?

UK Delivery is FREE on orders over £45. For orders under £45, prices are below: 1-3 Working Days (after dispatch): £3.95 1-2 Working Days (after dispatch): £4.50 International Delivery is FREE on orders over £60. For orders under £60, prices are below: Europe 2-11 Working Days (after dispatch): £12.00 Rest of the Word 3-17 Working Days (after dispatch): £15.00

Q: Will there be any extra charges for international delivery?

PLEASE NOTE: If shipping internationally, taxes, customs and import duties may be charged. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if the customer refuses the delivery on arrival in their country. Customs fees are calculated by the price of the package, so there is little we can do to offset these international charges. We have worked hard to make shipping as affordable as we possibly can for international customers, but they must be aware of the possible charges once their order arrives in their country. If you would like an approximate calculation of the customs & duties charges to be expected prior to placing your order, please email hello@contoura-collective.co.uk and we will provide you with an approximate quote.

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Next Day Delivery: 1 working day (after dispatch)

We ship to a variety of destinations across the world.

If you require a destination which is not currently in our shipping options, please get in touch so we can set this up for you.

Please note: At this time, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the European Union due to the high costs and administrative burden of complying with the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

As a small business, these requirements are unfortunately not feasible for us right now, but we hope to reassess this in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

We estimate that most international orders will be delivered in 3-7 working days (after dispatch) for most destinations worldwide.

However please note that some remote destinations can take a little longer.
